Hold up! Kid's at a Bar? what!? Well a parfait bar that is! Who says healthy food cant be fun ! Stock up at the grocery store and bring the Little's along. Let them select their yogurt flavors and topping and sneak some fruit in there. This is a great way to have fun while making a healthy snack. #Snacks We all know kids can be picky when it comes to their foods, however in our experience, the more fun it is to make the more willing they are to try it.

Whole Milk yogurt of their choosing; Remember this is a whole experience. This allows them to make a decision on what they would like at the store and while making it, this incorporates multiple senses such as site, touch, taste and smell.
Toppings, and lots of them!

Vessels- get creative on what to make your parfaits in.

* Something you can see through is your best option when it comes to making it also a visual experience.
Next it's time to create! Let them use their imagination by putting all ingredients out separately like you would with paints. Allow them to layer as they please and mix. It may not look pretty at the end of it all, however it will taste just as good no matter the outcome.
